2. The furniture in the room

The furniture used in a boardroom has to be comfortable and conducive for productive discussions. It is advisable that the space have ergonomically-designed chairs and desks, as well as a screen that can be used to display reports, statistics, and other data during meetings. Additionally, the room should be equipped with a data projector and a microphone. These factors will make a difference in the quality of conversations that take place in the boardroom.
